Shannon Toner
Shannon is a passionate advocate for women's health, driven by her personal journey as a survivor of menstrual toxic shock syndrome. After nearly losing her life at a young age, she experienced firsthand the lack of education, community, and support that many girls face. This sparked her mission to create change. Today, as the founder of Protect Her, Shannon is dedicated to transforming menstrual health education and providing resources that empower young girls to understand and work with their cycles. Her goal is to ensure no girl feels isolated or unsupported in navigating her own body. Shannon’s vision is a world where women’s health is proactively addressed and openly discussed.
